Ticket, Ch. Drumdaroch Sure's Hot, AgNS, AgNJS, O-NAC, S-NJC, OJC, O-NCC, S-TG-N, WV-N, S-TN-N, HP-N, TN-O, SGDC Ticket was our last arrival from down under. After meeting her father (when he took the breed at the US National), my plan had been to use him to sire a litter from Erin: a frozen semen breeding; it didn't take and I was so disappointed. When the same dog was used on a bitch related to Erin, it seemed like this was the litter I'd been planning myself. What better way to get my puppy than just get one from them! She arrived as a baby but walked into the house like she owned it and you'd never have believed she hadn't seen snow before. On her first outing in the showring, she picked up a Best in Match/Puppy in Match win to show us that she had serious plans for the future. She hasn't found conformation showing to her taste but never had problems picking up the points whenever she deigned to go in the ring. However, Ticket's agility classes have become a highlight of her week. She showed her skill at her very first CKC agility trial by capturing her first title in the Jumper/Weavers class and two legs towards her Regular title class. Her speed and enthusiam are unmatched by my other agility dogs (well, except for Tatum) but she's a bit of a worrier so that can be more of an obstacle than any piece of equipment. When she's not thinking about anything other than the course, though, she's a huge rush to run. You can see some of her pictures here:
